ANAC 2023 – THE FILIPE OLIVEIRA TREESCAPE EDITION!

ANAC is a unique contest with its main focus on people, talent and most importantly: lots of fun!

In this video we proudly present our ANAC 2023 finalists. Or actually, they are presenting themselves!

ANAC 2023 is entirely dedicated to Filipe Oliveira.
Filipe passed away in March 2023. He leaves a big gap in our hearts. Besides the amazing and special person he was, Filipe was also a highly appreciated member of the Aquaflora team for over 12 years and one of the best aquascapers worldwide. He is well-known for being the first aquascaper who built a tree underwater. So we gave our finalists the assignment to build a tree from scratch and present a beautiful old school TreeScape at the Vivarium hobbyist show in November!

This video was taken on July 1st, during the ANAC 2023 Kickoff event at Aquaflora. During the kickoff the hardscape had to be finished.
