I relapsed, slipped up, whatever you want to call it...but I'm okay and ready to get back to it and focus on my recovery. I was nervous to share this video because I know many of you see me as a leader, but I wouldn't be honest if I wasn't sharing both my highs and lows. You're not alone, you got this.
