How to make HILSHA DOPIYAJA
Ingredien
1. Hilsha fish – 1 piece
2. Salt – as required
3. Onion (grated) – ½ cup
4. Green chili – 3 pieces
5. Garlic paste – 1 Tbsp.
6. red chili powder – less than ½ tsp.
7. turmeric powder – 1 tsp.
8. Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
9. water – as required.
10. oil – as required
