Ingredients:
Melba sauce:
Raspberries Jam 3-4 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Water 1 glass
Strawberry color ¼ tsp
Peach fresh cubes 3-4
Sugar powder 1 tbsp
Assembling:
Vanilla ice cream as required
Peach fresh or tinned as required
Whipped cream as required
Melba sauce as required
Directions:
In a bowl add peach cubes, powdered sugar, and mix well, and set aside.
In a saucepan add Raspberries Jam, Lemon juice, Cornflour, Water mix well.
Put the saucepan on the stove and cook on low flame until start thickens, stir continuously between.
Add Strawberry color, mix well, and cools afterward. Let it cool
Assembling:
Put a layer of peach cubes in a serving glass, then add Melba sauce, whipped cream and serve with ice cream scope and top with peach cubes and cherries. Refrigerate until chilled & serve!
