ATN X SIGHT 5 SCOPE RECOIL ISSUE

I am sharing this with everyone, just in case this happens to you. about 2 months ago, i was hunting with the ATN X-Sight 5 3x15 LRF mounted on my AR10 308, i recorded some wild hogs before i decided to harvest one, well at recoil my scope turned off it took about 1 min to turn back on, the file was corrupted no footage. i thought it was just a random issue, since i was at the range and had zero issues. Just a few days go the exact issue happened. I contacted ATN Tech support, and once again A+ support, i was issued an RMA to send scope in for repairs. This scope is rated up to a .416. i was informed it is a hardware issue. Stay tuned for the hunting video from that day, only have before and after recoil footage.
