this is the Greenlandic hip hop group, Prussic. The CD which is named "Misilinneq Siulleq", (The First Trial) was released in 2003 and it contains 11 tracks. It was a big hit, and still is.
"Qarasat Neritippoq" means Your brain is getting eaten, i think.
Im not fluent in Greenlandic, i did the best i could. The translation might be off. If you know the words marked with a question mark, please tell me, so i can edit it.
