Tetra Pak TR/18 ESL Carton form, fill and seal machine

High capacity, high performance twin lane filling machine for chilled products with best-in-class hygiene. This machine is designed for Tetra Rex gable top carton (Plus) packages and has a capacity of 14,000 p/h. The machine range is 250 up to 1100 ml and it is currently set up to run 750 and 1000 ml on both lanes. Bottom up fill. Controls 030V. PLC GE Fanuc series 90-30. Per line can be filled a different product during production. Including valve clusters on top of the machine, closure applicator on top of the machine, Telsonic Ultrasonic units, filling hoppers with agitator, sterile air and UV decontamination of the cap. Screw cap infeed hopper included but feed system with elevator excluded. Instruction and spare parts manuals, electric schemes available. Many spare parts included.
