பச்சரிசி / Raw Rice - 1 Cup
கடுகு / Mustard Seeds - 1/4 Spoon
கருவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
கொதத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
கடலை பருப்பு / Gram dal - 1 1/2 Spoon
உளுந்து / Urad Dal - 1 1/2 Spoon
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Dry Chilli - 5 Nos
சீரகம் / Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Spoon
உப்பு / Salt
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida
தேங்காய் / Coconut - 3 Pieces
எண்ணெய் / Oil - 1 Spoon
