How to get there:
You can get to the Sai Kung Pier/ Sai Kung bus terminus's by taking the mtr to Choi Hung,then taking minibus A1 from exit C2,or going to Hang Hau exit B1 and taking the 101M Minibus from Central to Sai Kung,the journey takes about an hour

At Sai Kung bus terminus, take a green taxi to pak lap --- start of the trail go down to the Pak Lap beach by coasteering or if you wan you can hike.
