the Italian women's team loses in the tie-break with the Italyns

Despite the warm crowd in Florence, the Italian women's national team lost in the test match with Serbia. In front of 2,515 spectators at Palazzo Wanny (takings of 39,190 euros), Julio Velasco's Italian women's team lost 2-3 (25-21, 20-25, 25-22, 18-25, 9-15) with Serbia. For the Italian national team, it was the last test in Italy before the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. Tomorrow, the two teams will train together behind closed doors. Italy lined up on the court with Orro as setter, Egonu as opposite hitter, Sylla and C. Bosetti as spikers, Danesi and Fahr as middle blockers, and De Gennaro as libero.
