In RBFFS, there are four characters with EX versions, and Blue Mary is one of them (the other three being Andy, Billy, and Tung). EX Blue Mary is like an evil version with different special moves (some with strange inputs). If you ask me, I prefer Vanilla Blue Mary, but here's the EX version in action.

To select an EX version of a character, highlight a character who has one, hold start, tap B, B, C, C, and then hold B for about a second while still hold start, then hold C while still holding the former two, and press either A or D, and you get the EX version of that character.
