VERDICT: TN v Sean Finnegan | Kept Alive to Torture Murder Trial

#SeanFinnegan is found GUILTY of murder in the torture death of Jennifer Paxton. Finnegan offered a place to stay to Paxton where he beat her with a baseball bat, repeatedly raped her, and strangled her to death.

The jury will be back at work Tuesday to recommend a sentence for the defendant in the penalty phase.
