Your toilet flush handle is loose, you push it down to flush and it doesn't want to flush unless you slowly push it down all the way!
What to do? Easy fix actually. The replacement handle can be bought at Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, AIA, to name a few. I have even found the handles at Walmart in the bathroom section.
This is such an easy fix as you can see I did it with one hand!
