Be proactive - put in the effort to set yourself and your manager up for success

3. Master the coffee chat - setup 15 min “coffee chats” with key stakeholders, your core team, and other influential people across the company at various levels. This is the ONLY time that EVERYONE will accept your meeting invite because they want you to have a good onboarding experience. Use this to your advantage to start building great relationships

4. Get a quick win the first 30 days in your role - after a few weeks, you should have a list of potential opportunities to jump in and help the team. Raise your hand and volunteer to help. Get in the game and start making plays
