Today, I’m making creamy, thick, and fresh homemade yogurt — also known as dahi! 🥛
It’s super easy, natural, and made with just two ingredients.
Once you try this, you’ll never buy yogurt again!”

🥣 Ingredients:

Fresh milk – 1 liter

Yogurt (as a starter) – 1 tablespoon

🔥 Process / Method:

1️⃣ Pour fresh milk into a pot and turn on the heat.
2️⃣ Keep stirring the milk with a ladle so it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
3️⃣ Boil the milk until a creamy froth appears on top.
4️⃣ Once boiled, turn off the heat and let the milk cool down until it’s just warm (not hot).
5️⃣ Now, take a clean, dry clay pot (or any bowl).
6️⃣ Add one tablespoon of yogurt as a starter.
7️⃣ Pour the warm milk into the pot and mix it gently.
8️⃣ Cover the pot and keep it in a warm place for 6 to 8 hours.
9️⃣ After that, you’ll have perfectly set, thick, and creamy homemade dahi!
