This technique is much better than just jumping up and pulling the scooter with us, because it requires less effort and allows you to jump higher, additionally the timing is better because you pick up the front wheel first and then back, its useful for getting up over something.
My scooter doesnt have any suspension obviously, if your does, it requires a preload of the suspension, but basic principles remain the same.
