This is How You Don't Play Dragon Quest XI Part 1 (DaButthead Edition)

"Dodgy Dave" DSP embarks on his first recorded adventure into the world of Dragon Quest. But despite his vague but mildly apparent experience with the series, we still have a most foul pigroach of a Luminary... which doesn't make me optimistic about his chances against the Lord of Shadows and ultimately the fate of Erdrea.

Figured I'd take my first foray into TIHYDP'ing a proper JRPG since Dragon Quest VIII was one I've played extensively (though I've also played through the Android port of the original DQ) before sinking 130 hours into this one. Post-game will be a separate part since it's like a 3rd big act and this is already 3 hours.
