Danny Chats Ep32 Wilson's Disease; Special Guest Emilia Quezgo.

My guest Emilia is from Mexico and she talks to me about her experience of being diagnosed with Wilson's Disease and how she has struggled to get the correct medication.

The main Wilson's Disease medications are not available in Mexico so Emilia has had to apply for a special permit and gets them from Canada or America.

As many of you will know, being without medication can be deadly to a Wilson's Disease patient so not having medication available can be a big problem.

Emilia is now using her knowledge to try and help other Wilson's Disease patients from Mexico get access to the correct mediation too.
