Central beach is easily recognized by the curving white barrier that separates the sand from the sidewalk, this neighborhood is renowned for its miles-long beach, high-energy restaurants, tiki bars, and world renowned hotels, all popular with vacationers and locals.

Let's dive into what makes this neighborhood a popular destination!

Central Beach neighborhood runs from just South of Las Olas Blvd at Bahia Mar Marina North to Sunrise Blvd.. on the East you have a beautiful wide stretch of public beach, and on the West you have a very popular stretch of the intracoastal.

On the south side you have a very wide stretch of sand where the city hosts monthly beach festivals throughout the year, and through time has helped develop an incredible hotspot for ocean front hotels and residences.

This area also offers the NEWER CONSTRUCTION buildings in Fort Lauderdale with great square feet, amenities, and views. You can find units starting from $745,000+, and others that average between 2M-6M.

With the redevelopment this area has incredible restaurants, and probably the best restaurants Fort Lauderdale has to offer. Starting with the traditional and original that we all love like coconuts, and Casa Blanca.
