I have read and re read the Quran for many years and these are the themes that emerge in my view. Feel free to offer your ideas in the comments.

An important sub-theme I omitted was Jesus and Mary. There is a fair number of verses around them. I categorise their story under NOT-OFT REPEATED though because it is mentioned much less than those I regard as OFT-REPEATED.
