The P47D-22/23-RE/RA/Thunderbolt Mk 1 is a Rank III BR 3.7 fighter that is often overlooked for being a heavy and slow fighter, but with a bit of patience and climbing, this plane can carry a whole team. Even when fighting at an energy disadvantage, if you have speed and/or altitude, you turn surprisingly well and can often reverse the situation with good positioning and flap usage.
