Kasi / Pumpkin pachadi is a curd based thick gravy, I am going to make it more tasty by adding Jaggery / vellam to it. This is simple yet tasty dish with white pumpkin. Try it and tell your feedback in the comments.

Vellai Poosanika pachadi
Ingredients
Oil/ எண்ணெய் – 2 TSP
Mustard/ கடுகு – ¼ TSP
Green chilli/ பச்சை மிளகாய் – 2
Onion/ வெங்காயம் – ¼
White Pumpkin/ வெள்ளை பூசணி – 150 GMS
Chilli Powder/ மிளகாய் தூள் – ¼ TSP
Jaggery/ வெல்லம் – 1 TSP
Ginger Garlic Paste/ இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது – ¼ TSP
Curd/ தயிர் – 3 TSP
Curry leaves/ கறிவேப்பிலை – As Required
Coriander Leaves/ கொத்தமல்லி – As Reqiured
Salt/ உப்பு – To Taste
