Rescue 50 *Ride Along* Crash with Reported Entrapment (Screaming Q and Horn!)

Rescue 50 responding to assist Station 54 (Lampeter) on an accident reported with entrapment. County gave the update there there was possibly 4 patients trapped and 1 down in the roadway. Crews arrived and found no entrapment and no ejection. Crews assisted with patient care and spill control. Willow Street Fire Company. Taken 4/25/24

A: Our fire house is located in the town of Willow Street, just south of Lancaster City, Lancaster County Pennsylvania.

A: That is called the "Roto-Ray," it is a spinning light designed to catch drivers attention.

Q: "Why is the call so far away?" or "Why does it take so long to get there?"
A: Many of our responses, or at least many of the ones that are uploaded are responding to assist other departments. Usually another firehouse can be seen or is passed by who is already on the call. We can reach the far end of our first due in West Lampeter Twp within 5 minutes, and in Providence Twp about 7.
