Be Very Careful (red text) Before Buying Any Electronic Item From Amazon.

Amazon has changed a very important thing on the order page that you might not notice. Yes, ‘product replacement’ has been changed to ‘7-Day Service Centre replacement’ just like Flipkart.

That means, if you get a defective or broken item on delivery, you’ll need to visit a service center nearby to get it fixed or replaced. Amazon won’t take any responsibility and won’t even pick up the device and send the replacement unit, like they used to.

This is very painful especially for people living in remote areas. At-least, Amazon should provide a pick up and drop service.
