More Info:
Around 20 accidents have happened here according to the FRA with one or two recent ones. As far as I know this is the only grade crossing in the state of Illinois with two state highways intersecting at one place with railroad tracks going through.

This crossing also has the annoying wayside horn system. It was installed in the summer of 2007.
There are four wayside horns at this crossing with the other two way street crossings in town having two each.

The signals were replaced here on March 3rd and March 4th of 2023. All other crossing still retain there old signals but a few of them have been failing or have been knocked down. I'm assuming Siemens has not delivered the signals yet to UP as the UP has slowed down signal replacements a lot and its so bad that a gate failed at 1st St in DeKalb and they got an Invensys rail S40 from their spare equipment. Also some of the frames on the signal closest to me in the video already have bent up frames. This is not Union Pacific's fault though.
