I’m finally sharing something that’s been super close to my heart..I’m bringing back my thrift store, but this time with a new name and so much more intention behind it. In this video, I’m giving you a little context on why I paused Let’s Thrift This, and how I’m now restarting it as (V Thrift) a name that holds a special meaning for me because “V” is the initial of my dad, Vivian. I lost him two years ago, and both he and my mom have always supported me endlessly with my content creation or crazy ideas. So this just felt right. I didn’t want to rush it or do it for the sake of doing it. I waited until it felt right, and I could offer clothes that were actually good, thoughtfully selected, and would make someone excited to thrift.
Before launching the online store again, I did a small experiment, a weekend flea market pop-up to see if people liked what I sell. And omg it was such a fun experience! This vlog captures that entire process from setting up the stall, interacting with people, selling, and just having fun doing what I truly love.
