In this video, invited guests Doris Wagner and Mathew Lewsey join our global plant science talk series to discuss their research.

Doris Wagner's talk is titled "The switch to flower formation – an environmentally tuned developmental delay" Dr. Wagner is a Professor at the University of Pennsylvania. She received her PhD from UC Berkeley. Her research focuses on (re)programming of cell fate and function in the context of chromatin. You can find her on Twitter @Doris_Wagner.

Mathew Lewsey's talk is titled "Analysing the jasmonate response network from transcription factor activity to phenotypic outputs" Dr. Lewsey is an Associate Professor at the Centre for AgriBioscience at La Trobe University and Co-Deputy Director of the ARC Research Hub for Medicinal Agriculture. He completed his PhD in Molecular Virology at the University of Cambridge and conducted postdoctoral research at the Salk Institute with Joe Ecker and at the Centro Nacional de Biotecnología with Roberto Solano.
