Yamaha FL-10M Flanger Pedal - Demoing Various Settings

Описание к видео Yamaha FL-10M Flanger Pedal - Demoing Various Settings

This is a fully analog effect pedal made by Yamaha, in Japan, in the early 1980's. Most people say that it's fuller sounding and more versatile than similar pedals made by Boss or Ibanez. I haven't compared it to any others but I can say that it's got a very warm sound with no dynamics lost.

The switching is very quiet, there is no hum or noise whether the pedal is on or off. The effect is extremely versatile and can produce a huge variety of sounds. I tried my best to show off some of these like chorus, auto-wah, typical flange, as well as some of the more extreme sounds like the ring modulation type sound.

Equipment used:

- 1980's Yamaha SBG2000 electric guitar
- KOX F type guitar amp (Fender Bassman variation) with 12" Celestion speaker
- Yamaha FL-10M Flanger Pedal
