Ingredient for yakhni:
2 green cardamon
4 cloves
3-4 cinnamon sticks
1 black cardamom
4 bay leaves
1 tbsp fennel seeds
3 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin
1/2 kg chicken
1 medium sized onion
5-6 garlic bud
3 green chillies
1 tsp salt
2 litre water
1/2 cup yougurt
3 cup basmati rice
2 medium sized onion
2 cinnamon sticks
3 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 black cardamom
2 tbsp ginger garlic and green chilli paste

Chicken and Vegetable Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients:

.1/2 cup chicken
.2 cup macaroni (or any pasta of choice)
.1/2 cup carrot /gajar
.1 Large capsicum/shimla Mirch
.2 green onion
.1 onion, finely sliced
.1 tbsp salt
.1/2 tsp red chilli powder
.1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
.1/2 tsp chicken powder (optional)
.1/2 tsp Chinese salt
.1tbsp chilli sauce
.1 tbsp vinegar
.1tbsp soya sauce

Instructions:

Cook the Macaroni:
Boil a pot of salted water and cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

pan, add oil and heat it, then add onion and fry it for 1 minute, fry it then add chicken and fry it so that the color of the chicken changes, add carrots and fry it for 1 minute and then fry it and then add spices.and cook for 2 minute and then add

..............CURRY PAKORA RECIPE..............

Ingredients for Pakora Mixture:

1 cup gramflour / Baisan
1 large onion
1/2 cup Coriander
Salt to taste
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp crushed coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
Water as required

Ingredients for curry :

1 cup Yogurt
1 cup gram flour / Baisan
2 tbsp oil
2 medium onion chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 & 1/2 tsp crushed coriander
2 tbsp haldi
1 tbsp Red chili powder
4-5 cups water

Ingredients for Tarka:

1/2 cup oil
1 tbsp Cumin
3-5 whole red chili
8-10 curry leaves
1 large onion sliced

Directions:
In a bowl add gram flour, coriander, salt, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, turmeric, red chili powder and mix all well.
Gradually add water and make a thick batter.

In a deep pan heat oil, add onion and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Add ginger garlc paste and mix it.

Add salt, cumin powder, crushed coriander, turmeric, red chili powder and mix it well.
Add water and cook the masala.

In a bowl add yogurt and gram flour, whisk it well.
Starin the yogurt mixture in masala and mix it well.
Add water, bring it to boul and let it cook for 1-2 hours on medium heat. Stir continiously. Add water if required..
In a pan heat oil and fry the pakoras.
Add pakoras into the Karhi mixture. Cover the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
In a pan heat oil, add cumin, whole red chili flakes , curry leaves,garlic chopped Pour it over the Karhi mixture.
Serve hot with boiled rice.

Ingredients:
3-4 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced
1 tsp crush chili
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
-1/2 tsp kalonji
Salt to taste
1/2 Cup oil
Fresh coriander for garnish
