Meditation is a tool or skill that we can use to become increasingly familiar with our inner world: with our thoughts, our perceptions, our conceptions and ideas, our emotions, all those things that make up our experience. Meditation helps us become familiar with all these aspects of our inner world so that we can work with those elements for greater peace of mind.

This regular drop-in session allows students to practice various Buddhist meditations with people from all walks of life. We also offer a space for a discussion group for anyone interested in the Buddhist worldview and way of life.

This drop-in group meets on Monday evenings for meditation and discussion about Buddhist practice, and it offers an opportunity to build a meaningful community with people who care about practice and meditation. People of all experience levels are welcome.
