The Welsh Robin Hood! Searching for the secret cave of Twm Sion Cati in the Brecon Beacons

In this video we head to the Brecon Beacons to search for the hidden cave of Twm Sion Cati, also known as the Welsh Robin Hood. Twm was a Welsh Bandit born around 1530, and had many adventure stealing from the rich!

We headed to Dinas Hill to try and find his hidden cave nestled amongst a gorgeous and rugged woodland, which he supposedly used to hide from his arch enemy, the Sheriff of Carmarthen

Twm Sion Cati lived around the 1500s in Carmarthenshire near the brecon beacons and although in his earlier years he was considered the Welsh robin hood. In twm sion cati's later life he was made a justice of the peace, which he held until his eventual death aged 79
