Another little rock breaking job, today we are resizing some large landscaping rocks. 12 rocks in all, 11 of them were drilled and filled with an expanding chemical cracking agent and the last one (the thinnest one) we managed to break with my small plugs and feathers when I ran out of cracking agent.

This rock is a very popular for landscaping around Melbourne as it has very square edges and as such is easy to build with. It is commonly called "mud rock" but it is much harder than the hardest Mudstone that I have ever drilled and more like Sandstone.
