It is a traditional dessert in Gujarati and Marathi cuisine. Shrikhand Also known as Matho, shrikhand is an integral part of a traditional Maharashtrian or Gujarati thali.

Shrikhand recipe is made from Hung Curd ( Strained Yogurt ) flavored with sugar, saffron and cardamom, Shrikhand is a thick creamy and delicious healthy Indian dessert..Low fat, rich and creamy shrikhand is generally silky, smooth, creamy with a hint of saffron flavor and crunch of nuts. You can make at home anytime! It calls for 3-4 kitchen friendly ingredients and 2 mins in hands.
