The Alexandrite model, with its distinct features and layout, scored 535 out of 1290 on our objective scoring model. ➡️ In this home, the laundry room includes cabinets but lacks a sink and folding space, posing a practical challenge. The kitchen, though slightly compact, offers an open concept with a midsize island seating three. The master bedroom, though modest in size, is efficiently designed with a medium closet and smart home features like standard smart garage door openers and Cat 5 wiring.

The master bath impresses with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a spacious vanity. Built over a crawl space, the Alexandrite wisely keeps mechanicals accessible, avoiding the hassle of crawl space maintenance. I particularly admire the efficient use of space, fitting four bedrooms into a compact ranch layout, and the delightful covered back patio.
➡️ However, there are improvements to consider: adding an extra garage bay for the four-bedroom layout, another bathroom to accommodate all bedrooms, and more kitchen cabinets would elevate this model.
