When Iconic Places may little to no heed at Service & Hospitality, it leaves a bad taste and a bitter experience. One such experience was awaiting us, when we decided to shoot our 5th Episode of the Heritage Restaurants Series in Kolkata. The food didn’t disappoint as much or even close to how we felt throughout the 3 hours and a bit stay at the place. Towards the end we were just glad it was over. Such a sorry state of a place which has the richest of histories!
