Hundreds of protesters marched to demonstrate in the West African nation Accra~Ghana, in a protest dubbed 'Kume Preko'

The protesters were calling on President, Akufo-Addo & Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta's resignation.

They are of the view that the Akufo-Addo-led administration has brought economic hardship to their day-to-day activities ie astronomical rise of goods and commodities.

Protesters, clad in red and black apparel with the inscription 'Kume Preko Akufo-Addo #JustResign' on their shirts.

Others too were holding placards bearing various messages which goes like 'Arise Ghana Youth for a New Ghana', 'Resign or Be Impeached', 'We voted for Service's not Opulence', and 'Dictatorship concealed in Democracy'.

The protesters converged at the Obra Spot at Kwame Nkrumah Circle and processed through Adabraka Kojo Thompson avenue, TUC, Ministries and ended at Independence Square.
