Having been a nurse I really enjoyed sharing my reflections and practical experiences as a Registered Nurse from the 1980s to 2022. Changes relating to patient care, nurse education and nursing leadership are compared. Key professional and political papers that influenced changes in nursing are highlighted. A great talk to inspire discussion on nursing degree programmes and for dissertation topics too.

I’m passionate about nurses’ career progression and I’m sharing everything I’ve learnt over my 33 years as a Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse Tutor. I hope you find my videos useful.
