Old School Leg Workout Explained / Seth Feroce

Warm up
5 sets Leg Extensions - 20rep sets
5 sets Leg Curls - 20rep sets
5 sets Adductor - 10rep sets
5 sets Abductor - 10rep sets

1. Leg Presses - 6-8 sets
Pyramid up in weight each set - 15-20 reps per set.
Last set is strip set to failure each set

2. Power Squat - 5 sets x 15,15,15,12,10
Pyramid up in weight - good clean reps.
Overall leg development in the head.

3. Smith Machine Lunges - 4 x 12

4. Stuff Legged Deadlifts 5 x 12-15
Superset with Lying Leg Curls 5 x 10-12

5. Front Squats - 6 x 12,10,10,10,8,8
