While the vastness of human suffering can sometimes feel overwhelming, we find it helpful to remember the energy shared through individual action can make a difference.

That’s because peace often starts from within.

It’s with that vision in mind that we invite you to join Mary Mackenzie for the 9th Annual New Year’s Peace Meditation on December 31st at 7:00am Pacific (California) Time. 🧘

This year is going to be a particularly special one! Here is why…

☮️ There will be a special introduction by renowned trainer, Iris Bawidamann (of ‪@KLARWEIT‬ ) on the value of living and embodying peace
☮️ The meditation will be simultaneously interpreted in German, Korean, Mandarin, and Spanish
☮️ There will be language-specific breakout rooms after the meditation to create greater ease and connection

Peace is not possible if we do not hold peace in our own hearts.
