Yeh I know, E05 is preeeeetty much at 60% (and could still be a bit more), but lets be technical about this, for me ok.

Molosii's TAS on D14 was really good (especially considering how quickly he made it), but I immediately saw all the areas of improvement. I knew that at least 5 seconds per lap could be saved. Nevertheless, I set out to do this TAS with little expectations.
I made the mistake in the first lap of thinking that getting CP3 first might be a good idea. By the end of the first lap I realised this was in fact a horrible idea and that Molosiis CP order was much better, so I did that for the rest.
After what I now consider to be a very sloppy first lap, I decided to push it a bit more on the 2nd lap. I was quite happy with the sub 12 second lap, even though I knew precious milliseconds could be saved at every corner.
However, when I realised at the end of the 2nd lap that this had the potential to hit the 60% barrier, I decided to push the 3rd lap to the absolute limit. In the end, I spent about three times longer on the last lap than the first two laps combined (I wont go into detail about the horrors of the final checkpoint).

Lap times:
38.88 (I estimate this is equivalent to about a ~13-14s lap pace, if you compare the sectors with the other laps, so yeh, pretty slow)
11.96
10.85

(Molosii's lap times were 52.14, 18.21 and 20.50 for comparison)

I'm pretty happy about the 10.85 lap (except the last checkpoint where I should have saved another ~-0.30 if this game wasn't such a big c... ok I said I wouldn't get into that).
The only sector where I lost a bit of time (0.09s) relative to my lap 2 was the CP4-2 bit (the two high CPs), but the lap 2 sector there was really lucky and had a longer post-CP nose set up, so I think I did the best I could.
Is a sub-10 second lap possible?? Absolutely! I would love to see it one day. This would mainly come from saving time in the sector after the start block (you could do the cut through the wall more to the right and much faster), and the last CP... as I said before... can be improved significantly... f&43tQ$, ok, ok, I'm calm.... I'm calm...

With an absolutely PERFECT tas, you would possibly be looking at a time of around 55 seconds (unless a faster way to set up the noseboost is found). I really considered doing the whole thing over from scratch, and doing it at the lap 3 quality. I think I could quite easily break the 1 minute barrier, but it just takes so much time. Maybe one day.

Final time:
1:01.69 (-1:33.80 RTA WR (60.33%), -29.16 previous TAS)
