Shrimp biryani is very common rice dish, mainly popular in South Asia. It is made with rice, some type of meat and spices. To cater to vegetarians, in some cases, it is prepared by substituting vegetables or paneer for the meat. Sometimes eggs and/or potatoes are also added.

Ingredient
For Rice:
Basmati Rice - 2 cup
Water - 4 cup ( to soak ) + 7 cup (to cook)
Bay Leaves - 2
Cardamom - 6
Cloves - 3
Oil - 1 tablespoon

For Coriander Mint Paste:
Mint/Pudina - 25 grams
Garlic - 2
Green Chilli - 4
Coriander Leaves - 50 grams
Water - 1/4 cup

For Shrimp Marination:
Shrimp/Jeenga - 750 grams
Tumeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon - 1/2
Coriander Mint Paste - prepared

For Fried Onion:
Oil - 1/4 cup
Onion - 2 (large)

For Shrimp Curry:
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Star Anise - 2
Black Peppercorn - 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom - 2
Onion - 2 (small)
Marinated Shrimp/Jeenga
Water - 1/4 cup
Red Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Tumeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon

For Biryani:
Prawn Curry - prepared
Rice - Prepared
Saffron - 1/4 teaspoon
Warm Milk - 2 tablespoon
Fried Onion - prepared

Soak Saffron in Warm Milk for alteast 15 minutes.
