A drop shot is truly one of the best lures we have as bass fisherman to catch a lot of bass. Not only that but it can also catch big fish.

I think that a lot of anglers think a drop shot it more complex then it is because they watch it being used alongside electronics so much and you do not need electronics to catch bass with a drop shot.

One of my favorite ways to fish a drop shot is simply casting it out and dragging it across the bottom.
