Delhi High Court on Tuesday (April 9) upheld the arrest-remand of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor policy case. The High Court said that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) presented sufficient evidence before us. We saw statements which showed that money was sent for Goa elections.
The High Court has also upheld the decision to send the CM on remand. AAP can go to the Supreme Court against this decision.
