Here's my review of the Nothing Phone 3a after three weeks spent traveling the world with it. Its a $379 mid-range smartphone with a unique transparent design and glyph LEDs that are incredibly useful. From Sonoma's vineyards to Barcelona's Mobile World Congress, this phone's been my constant companion.

The 6.77-inch LTPO OLED display is stunning, boasting 3,000 nits peak brightness and 2160Hz PWM dimming for comfortable viewing. Running Android 15 with Nothing OS 3.1, the standout feature is the Essential Space button, offering quick notes, on-device AI transcription, and no-effort reminders.

While the cameras struggle in low light and with motion, the 5,000mAh battery is a total champ, lasting up to a day and a half even at the conference!

Offering style and substance on a budget, the Nothing Phone 3a is easily one of my favorite midrange smartphones right now.
