As a former leader at the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Julie brings a deep understanding of water/wastewater facilities, overall operator services, and ways to optimize existing plans for partners in multiple markets and service areas. With a passion for operations, conservation, and actions that reduce operational and maintenance costs for partners, she is focused on providing solutions that positively impact natural resources.

This includes training operators of water/wastewater plants, which face the challenge of a retiring workforce leaving the field.
