We look into what is Database Normalization and look into the 1 - 3 normal forms of a database. There is a lot of mathematical explanations for describing these concepts so a lot of the stream was trying to understand them before internalizing them.

Discussion (What is Impact?):

We talked about what is impact in terms of software development. Tried to apply an analogy of impact being viewing a mountain and how much you'd need to Zoom in to see your impact to that mountain would determine your seniority.

Decided that there needs to be a panel discussion on what is impact.
