Wondering when you can move forward with your green card application? The Visa Bulletin is the U.S. government’s monthly update on green card wait times based on visa category, country, and priority date.

In the September 2025 Visa Bulletin, most family-based green card categories remained unchanged, with the exception of the F-2A category, in which all countries advanced by two months, and the F-3 category for the Philippines, which progressed by 5 months.

There were no changes in the employment-based green card categories this month. The EB-4 category has reached its annual limit and will remain unavailable until the new fiscal year.
