This Harbor Freight Jack piston was sticking and not retracting back up. Causing the jack to very slowly lift vehicles. Cleaning up the piston cylinder walls with scotch bright solved the issue. The little scuffs on the cylinder walls could not be felt with a finger, the could only be visibly seen. Run the scotch brite on a drill or die grinder and polish up the surface good.
