Today I made three pizzas in my Ooni Karu 16 with wood from Ooni and woodworking scraps. I used Vito Iacopelli's double-fermented poolish and Caputo Chef's Flour for the dough. Here you can see the wood management process as well as some of the accessories used for the Ooni and for preparing the pizza dough (20:35) along with baking the pizza (12:08).
