INGREDIENTS
NORMAL CHUTNEY
50 grams coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
2 no. chopped green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
Half inch chopped ginger (अदरक)
8-10 no. mint leaves (पुदीना)
3-4 no. garlic cloves (लहसुन)
3 tsp daliya dal (दालिया की दाल)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
1 tsp sugar (चीनी)
½ tsp powder of roasted cumin seeds
शिके हुए जीरा का पावडर
½ tsp amchur powder (आमचूर पावडर)
2 ice cubes (आइस क्यूब)
⅛ cup water (पानी)

RESTAURANT STYLE CHUTNEY
50 grams coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
3-4 no. chopped green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
Half inch chopped ginger (अदरक)
5 no. garlic cloves (लहसुन)
2 tsp daliya dal (दालिया की दाल)
1 tsp sugar (चीनी)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
½ tsp powder of roasted cumin seeds
शिके हुए जीरा का पावडर
¾ tsp chat masala powder (चाट मसाला)
½ tsp black salt (काला नमक)
½ lemon (निम्बू)
2 tsp curd (दहीं)
2 ice cubes (आइस क्यूब)
15 no. mint leaves (पुदीना)

4-5 no. chopped green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
2 no. extra spicy green chilies (तीखी हरी मिर्च)
Half inch chopped ginger (अदरक)
5 no. garlic cloves (लहसुन)
2-3 no. spinach leaves (पालक)
1 stem curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ते)
A bread slice (ब्रेड की स्लाइस)
½ tsp black salt (काला नमक)
½ tsp chat masala powder (चाट मसाला)
½ tsp powder of roasted cumin seeds
शिके हुए जीरा का पावडर
½ tsp salt (नमक)
½ lemon (निम्बू)
⅓ cup water (पानी)

UPVAS CHUTNEY
50 grams coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
3-4 no. chopped green chilies (हरी मिर्च)

3 tsp roasted peanuts (शिके हुए मूंगफली के दाने)
½ tsp sendha salt (सेंधा नमक)
2 tsp sugar (चीनी)
1 tsp curd (दहीं)
½ lemon (निम्बू)
2 ice cubes (आइस क्यूब)
¼ cup water (पानी)

DHOKLA CHUTNEY
50 grams coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
4-5 no. chopped green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
1 inch chopped ginger (अदरक)
3 cloves of garlic (लहसुन)
¼ cup rice poha (पोहा)
½ lemon (निम्बू)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
2 tsp sugar (चीनी)
2 ice cubes (आइस क्यूब)
¼ cup water (पानी)

IDLI-DOSA CHUTNEY
50 grams coriander leaves (हरा धनिया)
3 no. chopped green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
Half inch chopped ginger (अदरक)
3 tsp daliya dal (दालिया की दाल)
Fresh coconut (ताजा नारियल)
½ tsp salt (नमक)
2 ice cubes (आइस क्यूब)
3 tsp oil (तेल)
1 tsp urad dal (उरद दाल)
1 tsp chana dal (चना दाल)
½ tsp mustard seeds (राय)
Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ते)
2 dry red chilies (सुखी लाल मिर्च)
